Before you start
The answers that help before you buy.
What the purchase contains, what it requires, what it does not do. Said here rather than discovered afterwards.
Can I sell consumables alongside the rental?
Yes. A kit can bring together a rented tool, its batteries and consumables that are sold; the cart tells apart what is rented from what is bought, and so does the invoice.
Can safety instructions go with the handover?
Yes: every product page carries its instructions and what the tool does not do, repeated on the contract signed at the counter. The customer knows before coming what will be asked.
What exactly does the purchase include?
Two archives: the theme, and the Lyvira Rental engine that comes with it. They appear on your confirmation page and stay in your account, with no download limit and no expiry date. The demonstration content is delivered with them, and remains optional.
Do I need to know how to code to install and customise it?
No. Installation happens from the WordPress dashboard, by uploading the two archives. Colours, logo, contact details and banner texts are set in Lyvira Theme Studio; the header, the footer and the home page are edited with the mouse using the free Elementor.
Which plugins are needed, and are they paid?
Four, all free: WooCommerce, Lyvira Rental (delivered with your purchase), Elementor and Elementor Header & Footer Builder. Elementor Pro is not required. They are offered when the theme is activated, and you decide.
What hosting do I need?
Ordinary WordPress hosting. The theme requires WordPress 6.9 at minimum and PHP 8.1 at minimum; it has been tested up to WordPress 7.1 and analysed up to PHP 8.5. No special server, no external database, no subscription to a third-party platform.
On how many sites can I use one licence?
One licence covers one domain, and your working copy is included: preprod, staging, test or a local address count as the same site. On a WordPress network in sub-directories, one licence covers every sub-site; in sub-domains, one licence per site is needed.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your site keeps working: your pages stay online, your customers keep booking, your contracts keep printing. You only lose automatic updates and support. A theme that went dark over a forgotten renewal would take your business with it.
How does renewal work after twelve months?
There is no subscription and no automatic charge: you buy the product again at the displayed price on the day you decide to, and you get twelve more months of updates and support.
How is it delivered, and how quickly?
Immediately, by download. Payment is made by card; as soon as it is confirmed, the archives and the licence key appear on the confirmation page and are emailed to you. By asking for this immediate delivery, you waive the fourteen-day right of withdrawal — the legal guarantee of conformity still applies.
Can I replace the demonstration with my own brand?
Yes, and you can also remove it in one move: a button takes away the pages, products and images it had placed, without touching what you created. Logo, palette, contact details, texts, menus, products and prices are replaced with the usual WordPress tools.
Are the demonstration photographs delivered?
No, and that is deliberate: the photographs serve the online demonstration, not the archive that is sold. The theme ships sample visuals that say so, while waiting for yours. You therefore stay the owner of your catalogue's images.
Can I take payment for my rentals online?
Yes, through WooCommerce: card payment with the plugin of your choice, or payment on site when the goods are handed over. You can also combine the two, and take the deposit at the counter.
Will my site be available in several languages?
The theme and the engine are delivered translated and compiled in six languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese. The site follows the language chosen in WordPress, demonstration content included. For a truly multilingual site, Polylang or WPML take over.
What about my obligations on personal data?
Rental data is covered by WordPress's export and erasure tools: a customer's request is handled from the dashboard. An adjustable purge deletes bookings beyond the legal period you set.
Do I need Gestion Planning Lite?
Not to get started: local management is included for availability, bookings and the schedule. Gestion Planning Lite is a separate offer, meant for teams that want to centralise fleet, condition reports, maintenance, documents and indicators.
What support is provided after the purchase?
A manual in eighteen sections, one of which says what the theme does not do, and twelve months of support through our form, with a tracking reference. Installation and configuration can also be entrusted to Lyvira.AI.
What if my business needs a different journey?
Lyvira.AI adapts the screens, the rules and the modules, or designs a bespoke WordPress solution when the need goes beyond what is delivered. Present your project and we will tell you what is a setting and what is development.

- WooCommerce — catalogue, cart, checkout and customer account.
- Lyvira Rental — the rental engine: periods, availability, fleet, schedule, contracts. Delivered with your purchase, in a separate archive.

What the theme contains
Every screen below comes from this theme's own demonstration, taken as it is. Nothing is retouched, nothing is borrowed from another trade.

A home page that starts from the job
Drill, sand, cut, demolish, clean: the customer starts from the work to be done, not from a tool reference. Header, hero and footer come from three Elementor templates that a button installs.

Tools and kits, with the branch's stock
Every tool shows its compatible accessories, its daily or weekend price and its availability at the chosen branch.

The kit takes shape before the customer's eyes
Tool, batteries, accessories and consumables: the cart tells apart what is rented from what is sold, and the total follows every addition.

The selection, rented and sold
Rental period, purchased consumables, announced deposit: three kinds of line in one cart, with no confusion at the checkout.

Contact details and branch collection
Identity, contact details, collection branch and payment method. The safety instructions go with the handover, and appear on the contract.

The confirmation to show at the counter
Number, kit, period, branch and total. The customer arrives with the number; the agent finds it in the branch area in one search.

Your colours and your logo
Lyvira Theme Studio: palette, identity, contact details and hero texts, without opening a file or writing a line.

Six languages delivered with the theme
Compiled translations, manual included. Here is its English version: this is what a buyer whose site is not in French reads.

The demonstration, optional to the end
Install it to understand, purge it to start: the demonstration tools and pages disappear, your catalogue stays.
- Three Elementor templates ready to place: header, footer and home page. One button installs them, and it never overwrites what you have composed.
- The complete journey: search, catalogue, configurator, cart, checkout and confirmation.
- Lyvira Theme Studio: colours, identity, contact details and banner texts, without touching a file.
- Six translations delivered and compiled: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese.
- A manual in eighteen sections, one of which says what the theme does not do.
- The demonstration content, optional and removable in one move.
How the licence works
One licence covers one domain, and two cases deserve to be said before the purchase rather than discovered after it.
- Your working copy is included, at no extra licence: preprod.mysite.com, staging.mysite.com, test.mysite.com, mysite.local and a few other recognised forms count as the same site as mysite.com.
- On a WordPress multisite, everything depends on the shape of the network. In sub-directories (mysite.com/branch-a, mysite.com/branch-b) the sub-sites share the domain: a single licence covers the whole network. In sub-domains (a.mysite.com, b.mysite.com) these are distinct domains: one licence is needed per site.
An expired or missing licence never shuts your site down. Your pages stay online, your customers keep booking, your contracts keep printing. You only lose automatic updates and support, and a message reminds you of it in your dashboard. A theme that went dark over a forgotten renewal would take your business with it: that is not how we work.
What you download
After payment, 2 archives appear on your confirmation page and in your account, with no download limit and no expiry date: the theme and the modules that come with it.
Each archive installs from your WordPress dashboard, by upload, with no server access and no command line.
