Before every use
- Check the condition of the tool, the cable, the battery and the guards.
- Wear the right protection: goggles, ear defenders, gloves and a mask according to the work.
- Choose a compatible consumable and respect its maximum speed.
- Keep the work area clean, well lit and out of reach of others.
- Remove the battery or unplug the tool before any adjustment.
Instructions by family
Drilling and driving
Check the diameter, the depth, and whether there are services in the wall. Use the side handle when the torque is high.
Sanding and cutting
Fit the guard, the extraction and a consumable in good condition. Never force a blade or a disc.
Demolition
Mark out the area, watch the vibration and work with both hands. Take regular breaks.
Pressure washing
Never aim the jet at a person, an animal or an electrical installation. Release the pressure before dismantling.
Emergency: stop the tool at once if you notice a smell, overheating, unusual sparks or excessive vibration.
