Choosing your category without getting it wrong
Four broad families cover most needs on the island; saloons, a convertible, a pick-up and an electric car complete the fleet for more specific uses. The city car suits urban trips and stays for two: it parks anywhere, uses little fuel, and its boot takes two cabin cases. The crossover adds ground clearance and load volume — the choice for country roads and beach access. The seven-seater is for families and groups, with a layout that lets you trade two seats for luggage. The compact van, finally, is driven on an ordinary licence and helps with a small move or a delivery.
What the rate includes, and what it does not
The price shown on each card is a daily rate. It covers the vehicle, basic assistance and the mileage stated on the card — beyond that, each extra kilometre is charged at the rate also shown. Fuel is the renter’s: the vehicle is handed over at a level recorded on the condition report and must come back at the same level. Enhanced protection, the child seat and the other options are added at the next step, each with its price, and appear line by line on the invoice.
The deposit is not a payment
A deposit is taken when the vehicle is handed over, as a card pre-authorisation or imprint in the renter’s name. It is money held, not charged: it is released at the end of the rental, once any amounts due are settled and the vehicle has been checked. Its amount appears on the vehicle card and on the contract. In this demonstration, nothing is held and nothing is charged.
Collection, return and opening hours
Collection and return take place during the opening hours of the chosen branch. The return branch may differ from the departure one; both then appear on the contract and on the invoice. A booking whose time falls outside the configured hours is refused as it is entered, with the reason shown — a clear refusal is better than a booking that cannot be honoured. Any day started beyond the agreed return time is payable; an extension asked for before the end avoids that extra cost and is charged at the rate on the card.
Driver and documents
The driver must hold a licence valid for more than a year and matching the vehicle category. The licence number, its date of issue and its expiry date are asked for at payment: the licence must stay valid until the vehicle is returned. The minimum driver age is stated on each card, and a young-driver surcharge may apply depending on the category.
Booking in four steps
The journey fits on four screens. You choose the branch and the dates, then the vehicle category among those available for the period. You then add the protection and options you want, each with its price. Finally you enter the driver’s details and pay by card or at the counter. The confirmation repeats the branch, the dates, the vehicle and the total; the rental contract is produced in the same place and prints.
Area served
The branches are in Guadeloupe and serve Baie-Mahault, Les Abymes, Pointe-à-Pitre, Le Gosier and Sainte-Anne, along with the rest of the archipelago depending on the vehicle. The area served is stated in the site’s legal pages and published in the structured data: it matches what the branch can actually honour, not a commercial ambition. For anything outside that area, a request through the contact form lets us look at it case by case.
