Frequently asked questions about van hire
Which load volumes are available?
From 3 to 20 m³: 3 m³ for city rounds, 6 m³ for a tradesperson or a studio flat, 12 m³ for a site job or a one-bedroom flat, 20 m³ with a tail lift for a full house move.
Do I need a special licence?
No. Every van on offer is driven on a valid ordinary car licence, including the 20 m³.
Can I hire by the day, the week or the month?
All three. Every listing shows a daily, weekly and monthly rate; the total is worked out on the length of hire chosen and carried over into the order.
Is mileage included?
100 kilometres a day are included, then €0.18 per extra kilometre in this demonstration. The configurator asks for your expected mileage so the total can be estimated.
What equipment can I add?
A tail lift where the van does not have one, a set of four straps, a 200 kg sack truck, and peace-of-mind cover, which reduces the excess. Every option appears as its own line in the order.
Can I pick up at one branch and return to another?
Yes. Pick-up and return branches are chosen separately in the configurator, and both appear on the agreement and the invoice.
